Baby Kitchen: Baby Mish-Mash Recipe (12+ months)

We present to you a recipe by holistic nutritionist Magdalena Pashova from her book "Healthier Babies. All about feeding from birth to 2 years". Here's how to prepare mish-mash for the baby with this recipe:

Necessary products:

• 1 small onion

• 1 pepper

• 1 grated tomato

• 1 egg

• 3–4 sprigs of parsley

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion, pepper and parsley. Melt a small dollop of ghee in a deep pan and sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes. Add the pepper and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Pour the grated tomato into the pan, wait for it to boil and let it simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes until it thickens. Beat the egg and add it to the mish-masha together with the finely chopped parsley. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
