How to teach children math using Lego blocks

There is hardly any dispute that Lego sets are amazing toys that have been loved by children for several generations. However, one teacher of third graders finds an even more practical use for the small plastic blocks – namely for learning math.

33-year-old Alicia Zimmerman from New York decided to break the stereotypes in mathematics classes for her students and through Lego constructions makes it so that the little ones not only learn the material faster, but also experience real fun and pleasure during the learning process.
