This will be done through the public councils, which will support the development of educational institutions, and the management will report to them, writes They should be composed of between 5 and 7 people in schools and kindergartens of up to 500 children and from 7 to 9 in larger educational institutions.

At least half of the council members must be parents of children attending the school or kindergarten. The rest may be professionally proven individuals who can contribute to the development of children.
